As a collective the team has extensive professional experience in Radio, Music, Producing, DJing and Podcasts.

We are aiming to give young people access to professional people and equipment, that previously would have been out of reach, to give them as much assistance in their own career within audio, as possible.

We are also working closely with published magazines for guest feature spots to highlight any standout young talent that comes through the project. As these agreements are confirmed, this will also be made available to select successful applications.
